WHAT IS PAINTLESS DENTÂ REPAIR?
Simply put: it is body repair on a vehicle without the use of paint or bondo. Our specialty is Paintless dent repair so we massage the dents from the metal.
DO I HAVE TO GO WHERE MY INSURANCE COMPANY TELLS ME TO GO?
The answer is no. By law you have the right to choose the body shop of your preference. The insurance company should hold no sway to who you choose. If you do choose their shop, you must pay your deductible. The insurance's shops are under contract to charge you.
WHAT IF I DO NOT GET MY CAR FIXED?
A restriction for "unrepaired damage" will be held to your account. Therefore, future claims may be denied.
WILL HAIL DAMAGE MAKE MY INSURANCE GO UP?
No. There are two types of insurance claims: Collision and Comprehensive. Hail damage is a comprehensive claim, which is an act of God. Your rates cannot go up for something that is not your fault.
WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE RENTAL CAR COVERAGE?
Since most vehicles can be repaired within 2-3 days, Hail Patrol will provide you with a rental car.
